OneVision’s major SeamMate® software upgrade is now available!
This major upgrade combines the trusted inspection and reporting process you rely on with a fresh, user-friendly interface and a host of customer-requested improvements.

Dynamic User Interface

The updated interface includes larger menu icons, intuitive drop-down navigation, and shortcut buttons that quickly take you to commonly used screens.

  • Access PDFs of the SeamMate user’s manual and OneVision’s Double Seam Information manual from the Help menu.

  • A warning message will alert the operator when the video module camera is not properly connected.

Enhanced Seam Inspection Process

  • Measurement labels, values, and specification limits are listed on the seam image screen for easy operator reference.

  • When an error is made, for reporting accuracy,  re-measure dimensions on a saved seam image. Print or save the re-dimensioned seam image and append it to your reporting records.

  • Maximum number of rechecks increased to 10.

  • When operating in a multiuser database environment, users can quickly see the user(s) or PC(s) that are in operation.

New Quick View Focal Stop

The Quick View Focal Stop simplifies the process of focusing cans when optically viewing the seam. Switching to the new Focal Stop is not required to upgrade to SeamMate software version 8.0 and is optional during the upgrade process.

Introducing Integrity Mode

  • When enabled max and min values and out of spec coloring are hidden from the inspection grid. Measurement values and labels are redacted from the seam imaging screen and there are no visual indicators when measurements are out of specification. As normal, when the inspection report is generated, out of spec values will be displayed in red or amber on the report.

  • Ideal for training new operators, curbing underreporting of seam issues, and for seasonal setup.

Added Reporting
